Beggars Archive and The Flood Gallery are pleased to announce an exciting new collaboration to produce an ongoing series of exclusive art prints from the amazing visual archives of their legendary record company.

Notes from the designer:

“The limited edition Gary Numan piece was an opportunity that presented itself to capture some of the developmental design process, created for 2019’s 40th Anniversary editions of Replicas and The Pleasure Principle; The First Recordings. Composed entirely of unreleased demo tracks and surviving recordings from the sessions, these releases featured recontextualized album artwork designed by Michael Speed. The poster prints feature a snap shot of this recontextualization process early in the design stage before any visual concept, layout or image creation had been fully formed. This ‘research sketch’ appears alongside a handful of other developmental pieces.
