2001 by Dr. Dre was originally released in...1999, obviously. It was huge at the time of release, not least because it had been seven whole years since Dr. Dre’s only other solo outing, The Chronic. It is one of the key Gangsta Rap albums and features a glittering array of talent. This is the instrumental version of the multi-million selling album.
