Due to the limited edition nature of our prints, although we will try our best to, we can't always replace prints that have been lost or damaged in the post. For this reason, for domestic orders, we recommend using the secure 'Royal Mail - Special Delivery' and, for international orders, the 'Royal Mail - International Signed For' shipping options. These shipping options offer a tracking service and ensure fast and secure delivery of your orders. The Flood Gallery do not accept liability for any orders that get lost in the post using the cheaper 'Royal Mail - Airmail' and 'Royal Mail - First Class Signed For' services. Products can be excluded from offers and discounts at our discretion. By placing an order with The Flood Gallery you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by these terms of service.

Brexit

Due to the UK leaving the EU, from January 1st 2021 you, the customer, will be named as importer under DAP (delivered at place) terms and will therefore be responsible for any additional customs & duty fees in the country of arrival. Ownership of goods transfers to you, the customer, before the import occurs in your local country.

Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers may be exchanged for goods of a higher price than the face value of the voucher on payment of the difference. Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash. Damaged or defaced gift cards cannot be exchanged. No liability will be accepted for the replacement or refund of lost, stolen or destroyed gift vouchers. Gift vouchers expire 1 year after purchase.

Customer Belongings / Art Prints / Custom Framing 

Please note all goods are held at the customer's risk and we require customers to collect their art prints/frames/orders within 3 months from the day handed to us.
